Q - How much do you charge?
A - Our booking fee is $150.
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - I accept cash, bank deposit, or paypal.
Q - If we cancel our session will the $150 booking fee be refunded?
A - If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the session you will receive a complete refund, however if it is within 7 days of the session unfortunately I cannot issue a refund due to having saved that date and perhaps turning down other sessions because I was already booked.
Q - Are the digital files included in the session price?
A - Digital files aren't included in the session price, but are included with any print purchase (ie. If you were to purchase 1 image on canvas, you would also receive a watermarked web-resolution digital version of that image which is perfect for use on social media). You also have the option of purchasing unmarked high-resolution digital images on a custom USB.
Q - What's the price range of your print products?
A - Our print products start at $15 for individual prints and $500 for our collections
Q - Where do you print your products?
A - All of our products are produced at a variety of professional printing labs in Australia using the best quality materials available, and are only accessible to professional photographers.
Q - Do you offer payment plans?
A - I sure do! The booking fee must be paid in full before the session date, but any products you purchase can be placed on a payment plan with a weekly/fortnightly/monthly payment schedule. Please note that no products will be ordered until payment is made in full.
Q - What if we need more than 2 hours for our photoshoot?
A - Sessions can be booked for however long is needed, however a larger booking fee may be required depending on how long the session will be booked for.
Q - Will you travel for photoshoots?
A - We are based in the Yarra Valley however for no extra cost I will travel up to 50kms from Don Valley. If you require me to travel further please contact me to discuss our competitive travel rates.
Q - Do you ever hold mini sessions or other special offers?
A - We try to run a mini session/special offer at least once a year - whenever we have a special on there is a banner at the top of the screen with a link to more information.
