Pet Photography Project 52 - #3 Negative Space

Week #3 in Project 52 is Negative Space! For those who don't know what that means, it's basically empty space around the subject (I'm not too great at explaining these things - if you're interested in knowing more, check out the other posts in the blog loop as I'm sure one of the other amazing photographers in the group knows a bit more about it than I do!)

I struggled this week as my backgrounds tend to be fairly busy, but I'm quite happy with the result and even happier about stepping outside of my comfort zone - shooting indoors!

I'd like to say I'm sorry for using Chester as my subject again, but he's so pretty it's hard to apologise for sharing ;-)

The next pet photographer in this weeks blog loop is Pet Love Photography, serving Greater Cincinnati and the San Francisco Bay Area! Be sure to check it out!
